15-12-2014 ------------- - On the suggestion of our BAR the CVAT has principally agreed for mitigating the penalty imposed in 2A2B mismatch upto 80% of unlimited amount. NOW pay tax & interest and avail mitigation of 80% penalty. He further agreed to continue this special drive in second week of January 2015. Members may avail this scheme or may opt to pursue their objection in normal course of Law. - On the request of our BAR the BAR council of Delhi has agreed to organize again the camp on dated 16 december 2014 in the bar premises to update the status of advocate welfare fund. Facility of New Membership application, Dues clearance and acceptance application of the card of BAR Council OF DELHI shall be provided on the spot . Please bring your latest PP Size photograph in full uniform and bar council card or enrolment certificate.

TRIP TO VRINDAVAN
On the persistent demand of the bar members a contributory
Family trip to Vrindavan Dham is being organized as per
schedule given below:-
Date of Departure
Leaving from Delhi at 6 a.m. on Saturday, 22nd November, 2014
from Vyapar Bhawan, New Delhi.
Back to Delhi: Sunday, 23rd November, 2014 Evening.
Contribution: Rs. 1,500/- per person
Children upto 5 years are free.
Those who are willing to join the trip should give their
contribution with Sh. S.K. Bansal or Bar Office. This amount
includes transportation, boarding, lodging, and food etc. Seats
are limited.

- Sales Tax Bar Association (Regd.) is organizing a Sports Week from 05.11.2014 to 08.11.2014.
-A Cricket match is being organized by Sales Tax Bar Association (Regd.) on 08th day of November, 2014 between Sales Tax Bar Association (Regd.) and
Delhi Tax Bar Association at Guru Gobind Singh College, Pitam Pura, Near Netaji Subhash Place Metro Station, New Delhi from 10.00 am onwards.
Members are requested to join for cheering the teams and to grace the occasion.
